We are seeking a results-oriented and revenue-focused VP of Sales & Marketing to lead ARCA Dynamics’ commercial and institutional growth. The ideal candidate will own revenue generation, drive sales strategies, and create marketing initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, acquiring high-value clients, and building lasting partnerships with both commercial enterprises and institutional organizations in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Ownership: Define and achieve revenue targets, ensuring alignment with ARCA Dynamics’ strategic growth goals.
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and revenue growth across both commercial and institutional client segments.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward closing high-value deals.
